PureMind Wellness Center provides Adult Day Training (ADT), Companion, Pre-vocational, Supported Employment, Behavioral Analysis Services (ABA), Behavioral Assistant Services, Supported Living Coaching, and Personal Supports. Our programs are designed to promote independence, community inclusion, life skills, and overall well-being.

Transportation may be available depending on your service authorization and location. Contact us to discuss transportation options. 

Yes, PureMind Wellness Center accepts Florida Community Care (ICMC), Agency of Persons with Disabilities (iBudget) and private pay consumers.

PureMind Wellness Center serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We welcome individuals seeking to increase independence, build life skills, improve socialization, and participate in meaningful community activities.

Yes! Community integration is a core part of our program. Participants enjoy outings such as volunteer opportunities, parks, museums, bowling, shopping, fitness activities, restaurants, and local events while practicing real-life skills.

Participants are encouraged to bring a packed lunch and water each day. Cooking activities and special meals are scheduled throughout the month.

Absolutely! We encourage prospective participants and their families to schedule a tour to meet our team, explore the center, and learn more about our services.

Yes. Our team receives ongoing training and includes experienced professionals dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

Adult Day Training operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Other services may have different schedules based on the participant's authorization.

For the safety of all participants, medications are not administered during Adult Day Training hours. If your loved one requires medication during program hours, please discuss their individual needs with our team before enrollment.

Participants should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, and any personal comfort items that help them feel at ease, such as a favorite stuffed animal, blanket, fidget toys, or noise-canceling headphones.

If toileting is one of your loved one's goals, we recommend sending an extra change of clothes, underwear, diapers or pull-ups (if applicable), wipes, and any other personal hygiene items they may need throughout the day.

Every consumer has personalized goals based on their service plan. Throughout the day, our staff naturally incorporate these goals into activities, community outings, social interactions, vocational opportunities, and daily living skill instruction to promote meaningful progress.
