Companion (Life Skills Development 1)

Companion services provide non-medical supportive supervision and meaningful social interaction to promote independence and community inclusion. Individuals receive encouragement, guidance, and companionship while participating in daily activities, recreational interests, and community outings in a safe and respectful environment.

Supported Employment Services support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful community employment. We focus on skill development, job readiness, and individualized support to promote independence, confidence, and long-term success in the workplace.

Adult Day Training program provides a structured, supportive, and engaging environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build essential life skills and increase independence. Through meaningful daily activities, community outings, and individualized support, participants strengthen social skills, communication, self-advocacy, and daily living abilities. Our program promotes personal growth, community inclusion, and overall well-being while honoring each individual’s goals, interests, and abilities.

Pre-Vocational program focuses on building foundational work skills that prepare individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for future employment. Participants develop job readiness, workplace behaviors, and daily routines that support independence and successful community participation.
